Oh yeah, Pete... Nobody's Here never fails to raise the hair on my neck... amazing song...as is Tiny Tears... man that song came to my attention at such a vulnerable time, when my now wife was living here in Wisconsin and I was in Australia... the line "and I'm 29 years old and i'm a million miles away" used to and still does rip me all apart...

Hey thans for the Ki link! I will eventually buy it... apparently he is making a series of four albums of which Ki is the first, and they'll be eventually released as a box set of four... I'm thinking i'll gor the box and get'em all....

It's funny actually, my older brother was living Calgary and his girlfriend was living in Vancouver and that same line really got to him. "Earth Day" is still one of my favourite tracks by him. You're welcome for the link as well, I hope you enjoy it, like I said in my PM it's a different album, different from anything he's done.

I'm really enjoying Meshuggah's Destroy Erase Improve. the riffs are very offbeat and at the same time has a real groove to it, i'm also enjoying the splashes of jazz fusion thrown in.

Sorry Ma, Forgot to Take Out the Trash-The Replacements

I love going back to listen to albums you love but haven't heard in a long time. Brash, aggressive but still full of humor, though it may lack standout tracks as their later albums had, Sorry Ma to this day still remains my favorite Replacements album.

I've listened to it about 6 times in the last 24 hours which is very impressive in my book. The lyrics are cheesy but this is great catchy meat and potatoes garage rock. I'm confident enough to say it's a top album of the year.

One of my favorites of the year so far too. Nothing new or original but oh so enjoyable.

I've been loving that album up the past few weeks too.

I've given this multiple spins lately.
