Okkervil River are one of the most boring acts I've ever heard. Unbelievably dull.

MIA's Kala was amazing.. And so was the 2nd Arctic Monkeys album. Mens Needs, Womens Needs, Whatever.. Was my favourite album of the year though.

Okkervil River can actually write good songs with really good lyrics. Can't say the same for MIA. When I first heard them, I though they were sort of dull as well, but they grew on me, and now I love them. MIA is not even near as good
