That's very interesting, Olivia, do you mind if I ask how old you are and what kind of music you usually like? :] I originally felt that his new album wouldn't be as strong with new Justin listeners, but now I'm not so sure...

The new album is taking a bit longer to sink in, but I think it sounds great. Never listened to Justified all the way through. I think I should probably do that.

My favorite is definitely Futuresex/Lovesounds. I personally think his style blended well with Timbaland's production techniques.

Just for comparison, I thought Chris Cornell's style did not blend well with Timbaland's production style at all. His album Scream was a huge disappointment for me. That album became more of Timbaland album than a Chris Cornell album. I think a little subtlety on Timbaland's end would have produced better results.

Side note: According to wikipedia, Justin Timberlake also produced some of Scream. Meh...

I'm not sure what else JT has produced, but I would think that he would probably make a decent producer.

I liked Justin's old music like 'Cry Me A River' and others from that album but I'm 100% uninterested in his new music. I've tried to give him chances but it just doesn't do it for me.

That's exactly what I was thinking! I certainly enjoyed Future Sex Love Sounds but not this album, it doesn't sound new to me, just him reusing old material.

Glad I'm not the only one. Seems like everyone digs new stuff.

Yeah I know eh! I don't get what is the big fuss is about this album. I'm relieved to find someone else who doesn't like it. I think we have similar taste my dear!

You think he's re-using old material on this album that sounds like nothing he has done before? umm okay.
