I don't think the Beatles sounded anything like Little Richard. He had his own style.

the beatles were the greatest band ever. period.

franscar i agree with what you are saying about their early stuff, black music did influence them hugely. but even with that in mind you cannot say with their later stuff they did not change the face of music and write a new chapter in music history with the magical mystery tour and sergeant pepper. their pyschedelic stuff was completely original and the only reason it was not unique was because so many others copied it.

the beatles r ok sumtimes
|
call me weird but i dont rate the white album..ob-la-di is a nice enough song and while my guitar gently weeps is kool, but apart from that im not keen.
their best albums for me have to be either the magical mystery tour or sgt pepper, i prefer their trippy, progressive stuff to their 60s pop and both the aforementioned albums are about as trippy as you can get. strawberry fields and i am the walrus from the mystery tour and basically every track on S. pepper! |
1. Not as good as Revolver
2. I`d say they`re about the same 3. Revolution |
I think instant karma is on White Album. I think thats one of the beatles best rock songs ever.
|
1- yea its one of their best
2- the first disc is amazing 3- "i will", "julia", "rocky raccon", and especially "while my guitar gently weeps" :hphones: |

even if it was, it still wouldn't save it. A collection of lame songs. two or three ok ones at best. Savoy Truffle, Honey Pie, Piggies? WTF. The Beatles didn't do Instant Karma, It was released on a John Lennon solo lp (Shaved Fish) in 1975 |
I dont acctuyally have the whit alvum but I got it on tape. I tink its pretty damn good but I still like rubber soul shoe and let it be alot.
