The Eraser does not remind me of the Bends. Full stop.

well i wasn't saying just instruments but the layout of the songs like harrowdown hill the way it sounds TO ME reminds me of like the layout of "My Iron Lung"

also I slightly base it off the fact that johnny is the one that is in charge of the electronic sounds most of the time live and seems to be REALLY good at it for the most part (given that colin has been known to do just as much work with them)

like I said its my own opinion not anything that I can back up

EDIT: I agree that the eraser is very electronic I dunno its just me I guess because it reminds me of The Bends but honestly that may just be me relating my favorite works of thom to his current or whatever, anyway move along and don't mind the ramblings of a mad-man over here lol

I haven't heard it so don't trust what I say to much, but I checked out the single and it didn't do much for me.

Anybody else hoping that DAS will be updated on 10/10/10 giving us some real info on LP8? That'd be pretty great.

EDIT: unless they're all "we're throwing out the whole album and breaking up." that'd actually suck pretty hard.

I doubt this will be their last album but I'm sure the band won't last through this decade. I'd give them 3 more albums at the most.

yea well thom is 41 right now right, they had a pretty good interview and they said that their more worried about their families now and that they sorta don't have that goin

but I'm with sweet nothing, 2 more albums including this one is my estimation

but I say more power too them because honestly they've given us some of the best music of 2 decades, can we ask for more....no

though I expect all of them to work on other projects cause thats just how these guys work

a Radiohead nut i know said the last one would be the last one 'cause of the 'this is my way of saying goodbye' line.

Gotta say Radioheads official site message board is rubbish.

OK Computer I can listen to over and over again and always find something new. Though, I do admit to skipping Fitter Happier on occasion. If I just heard it an hour ago I don't always feel like listening to it again. I know it's a good poem/song. But it doesn't have that hook for me that I need when I'm driving. Makes me daze off.
