Really am enjoying Science 1994 by Indian Summer. This was my first step into hardcore/emo...what should I listen to now?

Default Need Help Finding Songs for Soundtrack

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me find some classical songs for a soundtrack project in my class.

First, I need a song about how each person has an important role in life.

I also need a song about unifying leaders, and how people depend on them.

A song about going/being in jail

A song about discovery and/or love

And a song about how nothing's perfect

They don't have to be classics, I just really need to start finding some songs.

Thanks!

same for classical.
These:

Ornette Coleman-The Shape Of Jazz To Come
John Coltrane-A Love Supreme
Miles Davis-Kind Of Blue
Dave Brubeck Quartet-Take Five

all classics, probably a little over played but all good starters for Jazz.

Although not nessicarily "fantasy" music, Hans Zimmer and Klaus Baldelt's "Pirates of the Carribean" soundtrack trilogy is incredibly epic.

EDIT: Why was my post moved? It was a reply to a thread.. shouldn't the original thread go in here too?

I'm curious at finding some music that's from the "New Weird America" genre. From a list printed on Wikipedia the only band that I had actually heard of was Islands however I downloaded their 2006 release "Return To the Sea" and only like one song off it. If anybody can recommend me something (and perhaps provide a link to download) of something from this genre, but something that`s a little bit more accessible, thank you.

where did you hear of the genre? i dunno i liked that islands album(mostly had some crap on it). however, the band before that band(same members mostly) is the unicorns. and i absolutely adore their only album: Who Will Cut Our Hair When We Are Gone?
