I'm looking for something arid and post-apocalyptic. Moody wasteland music basically, just something to put on in the background and get me in the mood.

Instrumentals only please, I can't focus with lyrics.

PS - I'm currently listening to select songs by Bear McCreary off of the Battlestar soundtrack and it fits pretty well, so if you happen to know anything else in that vein that would be great.
Global Communication - 76:14
Vangelis - Bladerunner Soundtrack
Kitaro - Asia

^ All pretty good soundtracks for writing there.

Thanks for the suggestions. I picked up F#A# today and it's perfect for the mood. "East Hastings" is pretty much exactly what I had in mind when I was looking for music, so thanks again.

Back for more suggestions lol

Looking for artists who just play their guitar(or any instrument) and don't involve singing at all.

Does anybody have anything they would recommend that I listen to while I sleep?

I listen to Sigur Ros when I sleep sometimes... not sure if that makes me weird but I find it pretty soothing

Ohh, the album covers are way interesting. I'll definitely look into that. Thank you much. [=
