i need help! i'm getting married in november and we cant find a song for our first dance. I would rather die than go with one of the usuals, and want something really special and different.
one of our choices at the moment is Eels Fresh feeling, but it doesnt feel like the one. please give me some suggestions on beautiful songs, but please leave out the boy bands and celine dions!!

Thanks and looking forward to your replys:banghead:

Try this one? Hopefully it ain't too slow for a dance. Sure is beautiful though...

That song is from his latest EP Prismic Tops, which is a bit more trippy in style than his first 2 albums (both great though).

ah thank you, good sir! I will be sure to check them out. I will also scour RYM for what they consider classics in the genre.

I think most people would say Talking Book.

I only know his songs that I hear on the radio. Never listened to a full album.

I need more experimental rock in my library.
any good albums?

Pomegrant 08-15-2010 08:16 AM

I don't listen to all that much experimental rock but I think Future Perfect by Autolux has got some experimental vibe to me.
