What's your thought on the song, soon to be released on "toastbeards" first CD?

Sounds cool man. For some reason his voice reminds me Bad Brains. Really good stuff.

suggestions for any kind of Haunting/dark/sorrowful music would be much appreciated.

I'd love some recommendations that are like M83, maybe some with a bit more vocals?

Have a Nice Life's "Deathconciousness." Really dark, depressing shoegaze-esque stuff with programmed drums. Amazing.

The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble's "Here Be Dragons." Really spooky jazz and electronics mixed with surprising instruments and creepy sound effects. Really, everything by this band rocks. Although I am not a fan, you may also enjoy their side project, "The Mount Fuji Doomjazz Corporation." The side project is all improvised dark ambient and drone pieces.

Bohren & der Club of Gore. Ostensibly a jazz band, more or less. They play heavy music at a snail's pace using synths, pianos, saxophones, an upright bass, and spare drums. My favorite albums are "Black Earth," "Dolores," and "Sunset Mission."
