i go to limewire and find the band and download all music for them so i have all the music but i listen to the music in the morning on the school bus

For me some good loud workout music is bands like Pig Destroyer, Unsane and Meshuggah. Probably not everybody's cup of tea, but if loud if what you like they may be yours.

i like guitar and drum solos to make your body tingle but i like words in my music too i need words

Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA" is great. There are many up-tempo songs, and some cool down songs. It worked great for me when I did my cardio (now it's too cold outside).

I like to listen to techno or drum and beat music when I work out...I play a lot of DJ Rap on my Ipod...I have lost 50 pounds so it works I guess.
