I like these two guys, but I'm aware neither one of them can sing.

Trey Anastasio, unfortunately, doesn't seem aware at this point in his career that he can't sing, and that's kind of strange.

Bob Dylan probably knows.

Haha, I don't have ten but the only one that comes to mind with a legitimate band and reputation is Les Claypool. Those bass riffs totally make up for some of the terrible vocs he does though.
