This is the exact quote that came to my mind when I saw the thread, makes me giggle every time I see that video.

The juggalos around my school hated me, and I don't even know why. One punched me in the face a few years ago simply because he didn't like the way I looked. Even the outcasts of society hate me, heh.

What does that have to do with fans of some crappy band?

You're not looking at it right. It's not just about the music, it's about the other juggalos.

I was legitimately on a hit list in high school because of a group of juggalos.

They claimed they were "non-conformists" and I "just didn't get it."

I said, "No, nonconformity is a good thing, really. But rejecting mainstream society in order to align yourself with others who reject mainstream society is still...you know...conforming."

There were three lists, and I had the particular distinction of being on the top of all three lists - one of which was the "hatchet and burn" list.

So, I feel like my negative feelings towards that particular group comes from a particularly traumatizing personal experience, and isn't completely unjustified.

Are people really talking this much on here about juggalos or am I having flashbacks to the late 90s.

On the Juggalo Wikipedia page, it says they are considered a gang in Monroe County, PA. I live in Monroe County.

Or in Violent J's words, "I wouldn't trade 10 juggalos for 100,000 mainstream fans."

So what you're saying is that in order for people to stick together and support one another, they have to join a club that paints their faces, drinks Faygo, and listens to ICP?
