Mine too. I personally think it's a bit underrated.

Jackson Browne - Late for the Sky (LP)

This is essentially a perfect f'n LP. Only track that gets 4 not 5 stars is Walkin Slow.
I had a friend who introduced me the the album with a story that he made a bet with a friend on what's the 'saddest album'. He picked some Dan Fogelberg album or something and his friend pick this, and blew him out of the water.
Might be true that it's a devastatingly sad album (side 1 really) but it's also a set of amazing songs performed impeccably.
The piano playing, the vocals, the backing vocals, (see personnel below), D. Lindley's fiddle on For a Dancer and Deluge. (Now I feel like I've written this post last time I listened to this album, lol).

1 "Late for the Sky" – 5:36
2 "Fountain of Sorrow" – 6:42
3 "Farther On" – 5:17
4 "The Late Show" – 5:09
5 "The Road and the Sky" – 3:04
6 "For a Dancer" – 4:42
7 "Walking Slow" – 3:50
8 "Before the Deluge" – 6:18

- Jackson Browne - [acoustic guitar] , [guitar] , [piano] , [keyboard] , [vocals] , [slide guitar]
- Joyce Everson - vocals, harmony vocals
- Beth Fitchet - vocals, harmony vocals
- [Dan Fogelberg] - vocals, harmony vocals

Yeppers. Time Out Of Mind and Love and Theft that came before it are excellent too. I did find Together Through Life pretty disappointing though.
