Yeah, my mom's best friend actually went to school with him (she was a few years younger though). Keelor went to the same school, although I think it was right before she got there.

And yeah, they're awesome. I've actually seen them in concert more than any other band. Nothing beats a Blue Rodeo concert at the Molson Ampitheatre in the summer.

I love the Molson Amphiteatre in general. Such a great venue. I saw REM there in June 2008.

Nice. Haha I was at the same concert. Modest Mouse was great too, although it was a short set. I was hoping REM would play more of their older stuff but it was still great. A little bit of bad weather couldn't take away from it, even on the lawn. I've never actually sat in a seat there.

Nice, I was also on the lawn. Didn't give a **** about the weather either. We could have been sitting yards away from each other, LOL!

I was also hoping they'd play some more older stuff too, but I get that they were touring Accelerate.
