Yea its good stuff. Im going to listen to their other album too but im curious, Fred has been in alot of groups and ive listened to henry cow and art bears but what other groups of his are good?

You can pretty much count on anything that he puts out being great. Massacre, Material, and Naked City are all great projects that he's involved in.

Apart from what Frown mentioned also:
Curlew, Keep The Dog, Cosa Brava, Death Ambient, Maybe Monday.

There are also tons of awesome collabs, like his albums with Chris Cutler, Henry Kaiser, Rusconi, Hans Reichel, Ensemble Modern... You name it. Frith is god.
