How the hell are we supposed to know.

We don't know what sort of audition you are going to , we don't know what sort of songs your voice is suited to , we don't know what you feel the most comfortable singing.

Honestly you've made one post here we know nothing about you and you expect us to suddenly have an insight into your life?

Common sense really is dying out.

I blame Simon Cowell , encouraging cunts to sing when they haven't the vaguest idea of what good songwriting sounds like in the first place.

Yep. It's a plague now.

while i agree with all the other comments here's a simple way of deciding.

you're listing 4 songs. you already acknowledge that 2 of them would require lots of practice and are therefore out of your range. another one needs practice and the one you like and seem capable of doing properly doesn't strike you as impressive.

so that leaves you with 3 choices.

1 - take a challenging song and risk bombing out hard and ending up on the blooper reel.
2 - take a lesser risk and practice the medium song
3 - stick with what you can handle and risk being considered bland.

personally i've always wanted to audition for one of the idol shows by crooning out 'merry go bye bye' by mr. bungle. show up in an old 40s pinstripe suit and a fedora, maybe swirling a little brandy around.
