BlueCadet sent me Dah Shinin' by Smif-N-Wessun. It's a good old East Coast Gangsta Rap album made up by some dudes from Brooklyn. The beats are the good old Biggie or NaS style kind, blastin bass and having an old school feel (expected since they are old school). They're very simple also. The MC's have great flow, very familiar with the era of rap it's coming from. I enjoyed this album, it's good to kick back to. I wouldn't say it's trying anything too daring, but they're making some good music. If you're looking for some classic Gansta Rap, this is an album to look for. I guarantee it.
