so i did a search and didnt find a thread containing this,.....if there is one just merge it


i'm always lookin for new stuff to add to my running/workout playlist,....so,....help me out and post yours up,...

i'll get mine together shortly and do the same

The album Nothing by Meshuggah and the album Terrifyer by Pig Destroyer are two of my favorites to work out to. They pump me up and they drown out the annoying ass TV or music at the gym.

Add to that Boredoms, Melt Banana, Lightning Bolt, Discordance Axis, and anything else that occupies your mind. Tell me this wouldn't give you a burst of adrenaline:

on my playlist it is a lot of pantera, slayer, sepultura, hatebreed and a couple other random bands
