Her name is Evelyn Glennie. Scottish percussionist, legally deaf, and an incredible musician.

Cassandra Ford from Vancouver band The Vincent Black Shadow. They're a pretty good live act and I got a chance to talk to her, albeit briefly, after the show because my friend hurt himself towards the end of their set and she's super friendly.
