Problem with my IPOD

Hi I just got an Ipod from this site:

www.freeipods.com/?r=12230454

I was wondering does anyone know how to replace the battery?

It's sad that the iPod is what resurrected Apple from the grave. For the money, the iPod is a rip-off, unfortunately I found that out the hard way. I personally cannot wait for more advanced mp3 players, hopefully from different companys, that allow you to store songs without being dependant on iTunes libraries and what have you.
Anyway to answer your question, I'm almost certain you have to pay perhaps more than you payed for the iPod itself to replace the battery. Yeah, it's a pain. Once you **** up the battery, you're pretty much f*cked.

Well, it depends... my battery got somehow shorted about a month after I got it, and they gave me a brand new one. But that's cuz I got it from the store... as for replacing the battery, I believe you have to send it in, and I think it'll cost around $54...

^ I'm afraid of ever sending mine in, what if they decide to look through your storage and see which files are copyrighted? Could they do something like that, and say, "oh you gotta pay for these songs buddy." If you got the mini-iPod I'm sure it's cheap, but for the 20 gig or 40 gig it might be more. once again, not sure on this.

I doubt it, I mean, iPods have been out for a while now and people's batteries have died before and MOST people with Mp3 players don't pay for music... I think we would've heard about some lawsuits by now.

true true. I get so paranoid when it comes to music pirating, what have you. But anyway, hopefully I won't have to deal with these sensitive ass batteries (mine seems to last for about 4 hours). F*ck Apple!

Ha ha, they dont really have a problem with their iPod, they just want you to refer them and such, second give ,me your iPod Urban

Well i`ve had mine a year so far & it has 500 songs on it, Which is a bit pathetic really seeing I own nearly 2000 albums.

And I think i`m sick of about 400 of those songs.
