Need some help with music definitions

Alrighty! First post, but I really need some help with this. I have no idea what these terms mean for the most part and I need to do a report on the song Rise Above This by Seether, I'll answer what I can in red text, what I don't answer could you tell me what it means and possibly answer it if possible? Lets get to it...

Sound (Timbre, or Tone Color) – What Voices, Instruments, and Ensembles do you hear. Alright, here I know that he has a bass voice, there are string instruments such as guitar and bass, what are the group types and descriptions though...?
(Vocab – Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass, all Instrument types and Group types, Descriptions)
Harmony – Is it Major or Minor? Is it Consonant or Dissonant? Minor... Consonant or dissonant... what?
(vocab – Chord, Scale, Triad, Octave, Interval, Tonic, Tonality, Drone, Dynamics)
Melody – Is it Conjunct or Disjunct? Describe the Contour and Range. Okay I know it's disjunct, but that other stuff like the contour and range confuse me.
(Vocab – Phrases, Cadences, Rhyme Scheme, Climax, Countermelody, Dynamics)
Rhythm – What is the Time Signature and Meter? What is the Tempo? Hrm... What?
(Vocab – Beat, Accent, Simple / Compound, Measures, Polyrhythm, Non-metric, All Tempo words)
Form – Is it Strophic, Binary (AB), Ternary (ABA), or something else? Don't know any of this one.
(Vocab – Motive, Sequence, Repetition, Contrast, Variation, Call-and-response, Improvisation)
Texture – Monophonic, Homophonic, Heterophonic, Polyphonic Or this one.
(Vocab – Improvisation, Counterpoint, Homorhythm, Imitation, Canon, Round, Fugue)
Text (Lyrics) are they Literal, Subliminal, or Nonsense. This song contains both literal and subliminal lyrics. This one, I know.

Okay, so thanks for any help, I'll turn the questions gray as they get answered.
