The -10 Star Song Thread
 

This is inspired by The Metal Battle thread.

Just basically post a video for what song you consider to be a crime against humanity. Any genre and anything goes. It's your own personal opinion.

Lol, donno. I usually just avoid the sounds I know would annoy me, so can't think of anything right now.

It's a good thing but I was just wondering what people really hated. Even if they've only heard the song once ages ago... y'know?

R. Kelly—"Heart of a Woman" (-9/10)
I've posted it on MB before but R. Kelly's "Heart of a Woman" is so bad it deserves reposting. Considering the artist I'm sure it won't come as a surprise to anyone that the song is horribly bland, but unbelievably it actually sinks far below R. Kelly's already low standard with laughably bad lyrics sung in the most most overwrought fashion imaginable. The only reason I'm not giving it a -10 is because, in addition to sucking, it is also unintentionally pretty funny. Give a listen and pay particular attention to the words (1:38-2:08 is definitely most ridiculous section of lyrics if you don't feel like listening to the whole thing):

^ Press play at your own risk. Not only does it keep coming back like a dodgy curry for hours after you hear it, it's also on in just about every club you'll ever walk into. While I'm sure there are worse songs out there (hence only the -9), this is still a horrible, horrible song.

Both are pretty bad, I've always disliked R Kelly and his music and that was painful...

As for The Black Eyes Peas - I'll never understand any popularity they gain and why this song was a 'hit' *shudder

Nothing compares to the awfulness that is this song.
