I like the video with Danny Carey from Tool, but I'm a bit biased towards anything that has to do with Tool.

You should look up Danny Carey's contribution to Lateralus. There is a theory that Carey & Maynard used mathematical sequences when writing. It's pretty phuking raw, really shows how genius & creative Carey is.
