Default the morning benders

Hey, I know we've got an eclectic mix of music appreciators. So, I was hoping some of you could weigh in (well, those familiar with the band I'm talking about).

I live my life in superlatives. However, when I saw The Morning benders last night and blogged about them, here, today) I was over the moon with these guys. It's since occurred to me that comparing them to Vampire Weekend may have been me and my patented over-exaggerating, in the the moment mentality. So, I guess I'm curious, for those of you who have heard them, are these guys as good as I think or is the bottle of Robitussin I drank this morning doing a number on me?

I'm about 1 year late, but I love these guys! I'm seeing them March 17th. Good songs to check out:

Patient Patient
Crosseyed
Damnit Anna
Waiting for a War

I very much like their first album (Talking Through Tin Cans). Their second (and newest) hasn't hit it off with me quite yet, but I'm hoping it will in time for the concert.

But seriously, check em out! I believe you can find all the songs I listed on youtube.

Oh and this thread should be moved to Indie. I would say they sound a bit Shins-ish.
