Most technically accomplished muicians?

Who do you think are the most technically accomplished musicians on any given instrument, especially common rock instruments?

Here's what I would say:

Bass:

Victor Wooten. The entire bottom right of his right hand (when facing toward him) must be calliced. I know you're only supposed to hit with your thumb but that rare miss? For what he's doing? He's been playing Bass since he was 2-4(?) and is reguarded as the most techinically accomplished living bassist by many.

Guitar:

Martin Hagstrom of messhugah is nuts! I'm don't know much Messhugah, but having to shread in all of those wierd time signatures, and sounding like three of four guitars when you only have two?

Also, Buckethead is so unbelievably fast, and playes so many obscure... anything that ends in "ets" or (38 notes a beat or 41 notes a beat). If you don't believe me about the last part, check out the Chinese Democracy tab book (although Robin Finck kind of beats him at that on that album, I'll admit).

not saying technique>composition and feel (FAR, FAR, FAR from it), but still, it'll be interesting to see what people come up with.

I really like Eric Johnson's guitar work. Not necessarily because it's "technical", I just consider his melodies and riffs to be very well-composed.
