That's one of the dumbest and misinformed statements i've ever read on MB. You've completely written off an entire genre you probably know absolutely nothing about, and she knows more about it than most people here. I'd listen to anything from doom metal to indie-pop to ambient electronica and within any style of music there's some really incredible stuff. People are more than free to listen to whatever they want and enjoy it, i'm pretty sure there's no place for bigotry on musicbanter.

SO much nostalgia for that last track. You don't even know.
