How do you discover music?

Hey all! I've been listening to a ton more music lately especially on Spotify and wanted to get your opinions on discovering music. I'm not thrilled with the existing process of music discovery and have made a couple experimental projects to try and change the process to be a bit more accurate and social. What do you guys think of the process and how do you guys discover music?
