Default Too much music?

I am curious to see how other people with extensive music collections manage it. I have a collection of about 15,000 digital songs. (I dont have too much vinyl so when I use turntable it is not so much of an issue)

But I find myself neglecting much of my digital collection, not because I dont enjoy nearly every song in some form, but I almost become overwhelmed with what I have and what I feel like listening too.

Anyone care to share how they keep a good amount of their collection in rotation?
