80s Music Video - men in black cloaks dancing, turning into triangular compass points

Anyone have an idea of such a music video from the 80s or possibly late 70s? I remember it as a kid fairly vividly and I'm sure I didn't dream it up.

There are a few men under black cloaks or sheets and they bend down and turn into black triangles that become the points of a compass or possibly the hands of a clock? There may even be some reference to the suits of a deck of cards, spades, clubs etc.

I seem to remember it was filmed on a large sandy beach but I can't be sure of this.

Any ideas folks?
