Thanks, The Weeknd, for making R&B sound cool again.

Love these guys. House Of Balloons is my second favourite album of the year, and Thursday is up there as well.

Definetly one of the freshest albums of the year. When I saw it was "R&B" I put off getting it, thiking it would be an Usher-style pile of sh*t. I gave into the hype though and it paid off, really good mixtape House of Balloons.

Honestly, when I heard House of Balloons, I thought to myself "If James Blake had sung them, then THAT would be an album".

His voice is a little generic, the songs would be more memorable if he was a more unique vocalist.

There's a new Weekend mixtape out. It's called Echoes of Silence. I don't know if it's any good yet cause I just started listening to it. I'll report back once I've given it a spin.

House of Balloons is the record which you can proudly show off to non-r'n'b fans as a token of what the genre is capable of at its best.
It's just so ****ing good.
