ode to hardcore

who are your favorite hardcore, screamo, post hardcore, ..etc. bands?

Favorites of all time: Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Reagan Youth, DOA & Bad Brains
Others worth mentioning: Black Flag, Tragedy, Reversal of Man, Cro-F*gs (i mean, Cro-Mags), Civil Disobedience, Vitamin X, RAMBO, From Ashes Rise, etc.

minor threat is awesome!!!!
my favorites : in death we rise, the black dahlia murder,a dying dream, god forbid, killswitch engage,A7X(avenged sevenfold), atreyu, norma jean...the list could go on

MuDvAyNe, PanterA, Tool

First of all, none of those bands are hardcore. And second, most new hardcore is g*y as hell.
