Whats the worst song you have ever heard? The song that gets stuck in your head and haunts your brain for weeks on end?

Mine would have to be Milkshake by Kelis. The thought of her teaching me about her milkshake makes me vomit even today.

Pretty much all the trite, brainless, idiotic modern pop music that plays on the overhead radio at the last handful of jobs I've had. Yuck. Fucking spare me, seriously. It's awful.

Like what exactly? I want to be sure I know what's best to hate.

I'm not really keen on artists (really, I'm honestly out of touch with the modern world of music) but they all sound like Katy Perry or Taylor Swift or some prepubescent teenage Justin Bieber crap. It's all just homogenized, auto-tuned, stupid lyrics, etc.

omfg , Leave Lorde alone. Fighting words right there!

Most annoying song I've ever heard has to be this one!

Red Red wine by UB40 takes some beating.

chris_mills 11-11-2013 07:55 AM

Fireflies - Owl City

This guy's voice is so annoying. How this song got number 1 for ages is beyond me.

Mr. Charlie 11-11-2013 07:56 AM

Creep, Red Wine and Fireflies are my favourite songs. Bastards.

A song about bestiality? Oh man, I have a new favourite song.

Most of the responses in this thread are pretty stupid and of the "HURRR JUDSTIN BEEPER IS SO GAY" variety. Pitiful, absolutely pitiful.

Still, to let you know of the pain I endured in the dying days of New Wave, this is what I'm talking about.

i totally just farted!

Taxman 11-12-2013 09:01 AM

i actually like Queen, and also own a few of their albums, but still, 'We Will Rock You' drives me mad. It has that annoying crowd-pleasing chorus, words that are celebrating stupidity and that annoying rhythm.
It is probably not the most annoying song ever written but because it is so overplayed and everyone else seems to love it, I find it to be completely unlistenable

Pretty much every song I have to listen to at work sounds like this. Seriously, how did R&B go from Curtis ****ing Mayfield to this? Who dropped the ball? ****. There is not a single part of this song that doesn't sound like it's been fixed in the studio. It's completely synthetic, which could be cool except it's a terrible song with awful lyrics and annoying vocals that fans just don't seem to give a **** about.

Ugh, Chris Brown, Drake, and all those horrible poseurs need to be sent to a re-education camp.

Consumers drove the direction of R&B. People are buying this crap as opposed to artist that rely more on real instruments and have a more neo-soul feel.

I will personally tussle with anyone and everyone that is dissing the fox song. Haters of fun i tell ya.
