Led Zeppelin Worst Album....
 

They are widely considered to be one of the most successful, innovative and influential rock groups in the history of music.
Led Zeppelin are one of the best-selling music artists—various sources estimate the group's sales at more than 200 or 300 million albums worldwide. Their 111.5 million certified units in the United States rank them as the second-best-selling band in the US. Each of their nine studio albums reached the top 10 of the Billboard album chart in the US, with six reaching the number-one spot.
After reading all of that and having a nearly perfect career, what would you consider their worst album? (None are actually bad but your least favorite from the beautiful bunch.)

I lost interest in Led Zeppelin after Physical Graffiti.......
I would say the album that I like the least would be "In Through the Out Door".

Coda - because it was, in essence, songs that didn't make the cut on previous albums. There are still some great songs on it, but it is by far the weakest collection of Zeppelin tunes imo.

It's hard to count Coda as a legit album, considering it's mostly a collection of throwaway tracks to appease Led Zeppelin fans after Bonham's death.

For me, personally, its LZII. Yeah, there are some good/great songs on there, but it extremely boring compared to all their other albums. I can't count Presence since 'Achilles Last Stand' is easily one of my favorite songs by any artist and In Through The Out Door has some nice moments even if some of the songs are sub-par.

If Coda was off the table, then yeah I'd probably go with ITTOD, although I really like I'm Gonna Crawl. In the Evening is pretty solid too. I think the band would choose this album as well. Plant wasn't fully recovered from the horrific tragedy of losing his son, and it kind of shows on the record. Much tamer LZ than anyone had ever seen before.

I would totally leave out ittod just because "I'm Gonna Crawl" is on there and thats one of the best songs if not the best song they did. :)
I'm going to have to go with L3 it has the most songs on any of their albums that I just don't like :/ smh.

I can understand all of the low-ranking of In Through the Out Door, but that's not my choice.

The one thing is that Robert losing his son at least sparked "All My Love" which in the end became one of their more popular songs - It's one that has it's fans that could relate to, and better that with a song with true personal feelings than a lesser band's empty Hallmark card Power Ballad. To me, "In the Evening" is a fine song along with "I'm Gonna Crawl," but I also will pick something out of left field with the John Paul Jones spectacle "Carouselambra." The only thing I really did not like about it was the over-indulgent cover(s), and they usually have great epic covers. It may have been a lesser and compatibly tamer album, but it was not all that bad either in my opinion. It's tough to top 4 (or Zoso or Untitled) or Physical Graffiti, but at least ITTOD has songs that still stand out.

Not counting Coda (odds and ends compilations are hardly counted when released after the bend's existence), I would possibly say The Song Remains the Same. It was a case of having to see the film to really get the full effect. Lots of jamming around that sounds fine on vinyl/CD that works better in visual context. Pure indulgence that was their only real case of having more fans long after the fact through a classic DVD package in my opinion.

In Through the Out Door a dire album and easily their worst, Presence is a very average bit of work, that is saved by the excellent "Achilles Last Stand".

It's got to the point where I'm so sick of hearing those songs I don't think I've needed to play the album in years.

And it's not like I played it a great deal before that either. I always found it rather dull. It doesn't have the rawness of the first album, doesn't have the power of the 2nd, doesn't have the eclecticisms of the 3rd. It's just sort of.....there.

and to anyone voting Presence ... You have no taste.

wow L4? really? :/ that's shocking considering the fact that every song on it stands out in its own and sound absolutely amazing..this actually might be their best album.
