Headphones albums?

So what albums would you guys consider "headphones albums"? As in, an album that you get much more out of when listened to with headphones or albums that just sound DAMN good with headphones? I'll start:

Pearl Jam - Binaural

Tchad Blake did an awesome job producing this album. The subtelties and layers are really brought out with Headphones. The binaural recording technique utilized here is underrated imo and should be used more. Plus, the atmosphere is great.

Journey to the End of the Night (2000) and Light of Day, Day of Darkness by Green Carnation are both headphone albums for me. So many subtle sounds going on in the background and layer upon layer of sound make them ideal.

Espers II is a fantastic headphones album if psych-folk is your bag. So layered and rich in texture - it's an engulfing experience.

Pop by Gas is the headphones album for me.

Radiohead - The Bends
(**** everything by Radiohead lol)
This is a great thread :D
I Have to listen to story/concept albums with head phones on so i can close my eyes and let the music take me to each scene inside the story :)

Of Montreal's Paralytic Stalks, probably number one. Anything that's really dense is going to be best through headphones though.

I think most Roger Waters solo albums, especially "Amused to death". He tends to use a lot of softly spoken background dialogue on his albums which is often not discernible without phones. Also, for pure production brilliance, "Dark side". But then, you knew that. :)

Course, it naturally follows that you need to be using GOOD headphones to make this worthwhile, yes? Anyone want to throw out any names/brands they use/trust?

Oh, and Jeff Wayne's "War of the Worlds" is great for getting lost in the atmosphere of the story with headphones too.

^I just barely got a pair of Sony MDR XB500 Extra Bass headphones. They kick ass! :)
