Okay I have a question, if I made a video of myself covering a song and wanted members here at MusicBanter to rate it and give me some criticism what section would I post it in?

Well I didn't see where it was suppose to be posted, but I think you're trying to me it's against the rules.

Band/Music Promotion
Joining MusicBanter to promote your (or someone else's) music is also prohibited. Any accounts being used for promotion will be banned and their posts deleted. Links to music in signatures are allowed, provided the account isn't being used for promotional purposes.

IF this is it, I don't wish to promote any of my music. I just want to know what people think of my voice, and how I can improve it.

If you post here for a little while then put up your video im sure no one would mind. If you do not contribute at all then we have a problem.

I'm actually quite the forum guru, I enjoy getting involved with the community. I definitely will, but I don't want to do anything that is against the rules. You sure?

Haha nice, I just like the name. I got the idea from one of my favorite songs "The Joker" By the Steve Miller Band.

Yes. It is done because otherwise we would have half of youtube posting videos they made for everyone to comment on and such. Then they would get what they want and never return. I dont mean you have to be here for 10 years before you post it, just show you are here for more than just that particular reason.

Of course not man, this forum is actually pretty active and seems fun! I love music and definitely want to be an active contributing member. I'll post one video for now, is there a specific section that I should put it in?
