Just the mere mention of Flood and Lincoln makes me want to instantly go dig them both out and listen to them back to back and then go around singing 'Birdhouse' and 'Particle Man' for the next week. Magical stuff...

The big 2 for me are.

A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory
I know every song on this. I have this on heavy rotation in my car and have played the hell out of it.

Radiohead - Kid A
This has followed me/haunted me through high school to present day. Know every song on here and have heard it played countless times. Always come back to it for some reason.

Honorable Mentions
Aphex Twin - Richard D. James Album
The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
Leonard Cohen - Songs of Love and Hate
Pink Floyd - Pipers At the Gates of Dawn
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Slint - Spiderland

Doesn't Dead Letter Office include Chronic Town? That would mean you included Chronic Town twice! You must really love it, haha!

Here's another unpopular REM opinion:

Fables >>>> Lifes Rich Pageant

EDIT: CRAP! Wrong thread, lol!

The CD re-release does, but the original way they were released—which is how I first heard each of them—they were separate. In fact, Chronic Town was the second REM release I got into after discovering Document back in 1987. I didn't get into Dead Letter Office—the original version—until a little later, hence my listing them separately.

Born to Run and The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle.

Huge Springsteen fan, but even I get tired of some of his stuff. Not these. Never.

I LOVE Monster! Apart from 'What's The Frequency Kenneth' which is crap even I will have to admit.

I will be boring and say Pink Floyd - Animals. I requested that if I ever fell into a coma (yeah I know!) this album should be played to me as it is so ingrained in me. Fucking ironic that I happened to be wearing my Animals T shirt the day I attended hospital when I lost my wife. Never worn it since.

Animals is my favorite Pink Floyd album as well. I could probably add that to my list also... I really have listened to it a ridiculous amount of times. It's funny you should post this today as I was just trying to listen to it. Turns out there is no Floyd on Spotify so I had to wait till I got home.
