Band Brawls!
 

The other night at the pub my friends and i were discussing what would happen if The Beatles and The Rolling Stones decided to settle their rivalry with a back street brawl. The results were heavily contested and it was decided that The Stones had a numerical advantage, forcing them to choose 4 delegates to battle the Liverpool Lickers, and so the roster was

John Lennon
Paul McCartney
George Harrison
Ringo Starr

vs

Mick Jagger
Keith Richards
Charlie Watts
Ronnie Wood

The first unanimous decision was that Watts' and Starr's obliviousness and grinning cheer would cancel eachother out, leaving them unharmed but offering little assistance to their battling bandmates. Despite their best efforts, Lennon and McCartney's tag team attempts on Jagger failed due to his liquid hips and impossible movements. But despite his fluid flow of fantastical flexibility, Jagger was unable to score any decisive hit upon the belligerent Beatles. Richards on the other hand had decided to use Wood as a decoy as he sneaks up behind McCartney (Cackling maniacally as he does it) and has Jagger push Paul into the stooped guitarist, forcing him to muddy his suit on the wet ground. Harrison however, being so used to battling with working class thugs descends upon Wood and batters him into next Thursday, forcing Jagger to flee with terror and leaving Lennon to use his sharp wit to intimidate Richards into climbing a tree, before he falls gracefully on top of Lennon, ending the battle in a DRAW.

It was a long night....got any more?
