I think i understand where you're coming from, although i don't own any, the John Lewis advert songs annoy me, generally they are classic songs slowed down and sang by a sweet sounding girl in a high pitch voice (think Ellie Golding - Your Song)

Outwardly i tell everyone how much i dislike these songs, but secretly (or not so secretly anymore) i kind of enjoy them.....Guilty Pleasures!!!
