hello my mame is marco and im from holland ! (sorry 4 my bad english )

the music clip of the song i am searching begins with boucing/dancing wire's and on the background you sea licht tube(white) thare's also a guy with a face paint (skeleton) and smoking a sigaret and i that olso rembering a guy smaching a light tube on somewones head.

its a black rapper/singer !!
