I'd like help identifying some music

This song is composed by Nobuo Uematsu, Final Fantasy composer.
I know he has a wide variety of genres that he likes to compose for, I need help identifying what genre this song would fit in to. I'd also really like to know what instruments start at 0:55.
Any help is appreciated

As far a genre, I'm really not sure, sounds like typical pseudo-classical score music to me. The instrument sounds like a melodica in my opinion(but may just be an accordion of some type):

Allow me to split my response in 3 paragraphs:

1. Its hard to tell what the genre this song is, but with the synthesizer/keyboard sounds throughout the song I'd say it could be some sort of electronic music genre. Cant say which one in particular though.
2. The instrument that start at 0:55 sounds like a mix of accordion with a certain synthesizer sound.
