Foals - Holy Fire : Best Record of 2013

I read an article saying that Foals 'Holy Fire' is the best record of 2013...

Foals - Holy Fire Review

I have to say I agree. In fact they only give it 4/5 stars when it deserves 4.5/5 (IMHO).

The album is so good musically- Milk and Black Spiders is my fav track of the year.

Foals are also pushing the boundaries musucally - merging dance, rock and other stuff.

Do you agree this is a contender for best album of 2013?

What other albums may be contenders?

Remember we have Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Arcade Fire releasing albums this year!

Also it's way too early to be talking about best of year, I don't care who the artist is.

2013 is what? 2 months old so to say it's the best album of this year is presumptuous and it's not a particularly amazing album either and I am a self confessed Foals fan having seen them just a couple of months back and will be seeing them again in a couple of weeks.

When the end of the year is out we can then proffer up our albums of the year but until then the critics should really stop saying stupid crap like this in order to boost sales.
