I'm also gonna have to go with all those generic band names liike "Scream" "Death" and stuff like "The Killers" (Weather they were trying to be generic or not, it's still pretty bad.)

^ Haha. I'll admit... I've never listened to The The and it's largely because they're name was just really unappealing. But I've heard good things about them here so I might give em a listen
