The WORST band names

Inspired by a conversation me, tore and mojopinuk had in the shoutbox.
There are somebands, either good or bad, that have really crappy names.

Really obvious pretentious names like The The, The Band, Yes, etc.

Really long names like ...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead.

Incredibly ridiculous indie band names like Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin and Meanwhile Back In Communist Russia.

Names that try too hard to be controversial like Anal ****.

What ones can you think of?

As i said at the time, i actually think that an overly simplistic and dull band name is far worse than too long and pretentious.

I think names like Godspeed You! Black Emperor and ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead are pretentious names. Even just the placement of that exclamation mark is pretentious. However i also think there must have been a lot of thought gone into the name of their band and if it was me, i would want the name to reflect the amount of thought that gone into it. Hopefully i wouldnt be so pretentious in my choice though.

However what excuse does a band like Yes have for their name? This has to be the worst name for a band i have ever heard. If you're going to use one single short word to name your band then at least put some thought into it. For me, the name Yes just says "We dont care what were called so we're just going to pick one of the most commonly used words in the English dictionary and make do with that."

If Yes is a band name then surely No, And, But and The could all be band names too?

I think Billy Talent and 30 Seconds To Mars are pretty bad names, but can't really think of any others off the top of my head.
