Trying to find old music video from the 90's mabye early 2000's

Hello
I am trying to find a music video from late 90's or even 2000's not quite sure on date. I have few details but I really would like to find it, its driving me crazy lol.
- I don't know lyrics or band name
- It was a slower song alternative or adult alternative, kind of sounds like the verve pipe.
- Night time setting, a guy singing walking around an office building - some cuts to outside ect.

I know its not much but thanx anyway
