Pandora vs vTuner vs Sirius vs ?
 

There is no free lunch; and if you are going to be playing music in your public business, there is also no free music except for broadcast TV or radio. I just moved into the current century electronically by purchasing an internet ready receiver and some quality floor speakers. Now I must subscribe to a music service or risk suit from the 3 music unions. Which subscription service is the best bang for the buck, and is their audio quality fairly equivalent?

I use Spotify all the time (Pandora is not available in Ireland) and have nothing but praise for it.

I don't believe Spotify has a business service. Though the music selection and audio quality may be excellent, unless they have recently added a business subscription service,that is, not for personal use only, there is no way to legally play Spotify in your business.

I personally love Pandora, because you can pick a genre of music, and then be surprised by artists you may have never heard before, or obscure songs that just don't make it into popular, broadcast rotation; but are still within this desired genre of music.

I use Rhapsody, ten bucks a month and a huge selection. I've only come across a few bands they don't have. You can use the radio feature too if you wanna find new stuff, although I usually just use last.fm then find individual bands on Rhapsody and add them to the library.

The most widely used seem to be Spotify and Deezer. I've never used Deezer, but Spotify is pretty cool. I loved Pandora living in the US, but now that I live abroad in Europe, I can't access Pandora.
