I had to listen to this a few times to fully grasp all the lyrics, but Weird Al's parody of this stupid shitty song I've heard at the grocery store is just wonderful.

I've never understood the hate for sandals with socks. They let your feet feel free and comfortable in weather that would normally be a few degrees too cold without socks.

How on Earth are they uncomfortable? You foot receives maximum ventilation along with a minimum of surface contact, aside from the socks. There is no downside.

The "minimum of surface contact" that you speak of is the problem. With all of the surface contact focused in a few areas it causes the socks to bunch up uncomfortably.

I think Weird Al is great. He actually deserves more credit than he gets. It takes a level of talent and creativity to do what he does.
