I found this list in Youtube, and aside from a handful of omissions I can think of, it's a pretty great list:

Some scenes I think were missing:
Aladdin - A Whole New World (I think it's better than The Lion King one)
The Outsiders - Gloria
Platoon - Tracks of My Tears

probably more that I can't think of

Wow. Every single one that came to mind was on there..

Had to laugh at a few of them though... I remember those scenes in 10 Things I Hate About You, Little Miss Sunshine, Pretty In Pink, etc. Oh and Office Space for the smashing the printer scene LOL. & I noticed Donnie Darko - I'd been trying to figure out where I heard the song Under the Milkyway for ages, haha.

Some I like that weren't on the list:
Slumdog Millionaire - Paper Planes (MIA)
127 Hours - Lovely Day (Bill Withers)
Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - The Air that I Breathe (The Hollies)
13 Going on 30 - Thriller (Michael Jackson)

Nah, it's on there. I think it actually plays within the first minute or so.
