I've heard the theme to Top Gear, they're not all that.

Gotta agree with my boy/girl here. And how can you not love this...

Mid-set drum solos however, are the worst idea ever.

Easy riff doesn't mean bad riff. I like simple music.

Lots of difficult stuff falls under the Classic Rock label.

Yeah, I totally agree. Classic rock bands like AC/DC. The Eagles, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Blue Oyster Cult, The Beatles, etc... They sucked so bad that they even played they're own REAL musical instruments and wrote timeless, unforgettable music! How lame is that! How can you possibly like bands/artists who pretty much lay the ground work for what's to come and influenced nearly the entirety of popular music and culture as we know it? Certainly doesn't even hold a candle to the artificially computer-processed beats and autotune music we have today.

No, you're not. I thought my first post made that clear.

I've never enjoyed classic rock or generally rock at all unless it's got N' Roll add to it. I stick to my Soul. Not saying I think it's bad music, though. I just heavily prefer other things.
