Default Radio GaGa

What tunes, if any have you heard on the radio for the first time and thought, "I'm gonna write that down & buy it".
You may like me fumble about for pen & scrap of paper and only get garbled infomation on which to identify the tune that stirred such activity in you.
Or sometimes the complete song title & artist is noted.

Here are some I've heard on the radio over the last 12 months or so and hope to bring to my music collection in any format but preferably original.

In no particular order.......

Lay me down - Crosby & Nash
The Monkey - Dave Bartholemew
Riding for a fall - John Holt
East - Murrah - 20,000 streets under the sky (?)
Play back the funky Monkey - The Bees (?)
Black Olives - Bad Boys (?)

The ones with ? marks are ones that have sketchy details. If you're already familiar with any of the above and know the album it's taken from I'd be interested & grateful to know. Some of the above I can't actually remember how they went but I must have buzzed amply to scribble in the first place.

How many people actually listen to music on radio these days?
