Singing or Theory lessons?

I've been playing and taking guitar for the past 5 years (this time around, I used to play when I was a young teen for a few years). Most of that time I have been taking lessons. I absolutely love it and I want to learn all I can. My question is. Should I take some theory courses (via computer because I have a job and live in a place that going to night class just is not going to happen) or should I take singing lessons along with my weekly private guitar lessons. At the ripe age of sixty I'm thinking is a little old to start voice training, but there is so much I am missing by not doing it.
Thank You

I say take on what you can best manage given your age and present situation. That'd be the first step to take. I wouldn't rush in to something you couldn't commit the necessary time to. Honestly though. Do what you desire. I wouldn't let your age stop you. That is only a factor working against you if you allow it to.

Good luck.

Why not do both? Why does it have to be one or the other?

A little theory can't hurt, especially if you're going to study it on your own via the web, and the sooner you get used to singing and playing at the same time, the better off you'll be. It's all muscle memory and repetitive intuition.

Thank you for the reply. Both comments are just what I have been thinking. I will retire soon enough and will be able to commit more time to it.
